Overview

Generate a new kind of Cycle Count job which can recount a single/multiple lines within a location which has been previously counted. The structure of the new flow is the following:

The recount jobs will be reflected on Stock Count Audit

WITH TASK:

From the process table SAP desktop screen, we can select lines and click on “Recount” with the possibility of assigning a task name as identifier for the stock audit tables:

Once task is created, the recounting task will be accessible from the Cycle Count menu “with task”:

• It is also foreseen to facilitate the distinction of items on the location which are already counted (marking the lines with a different color). Additionally the possibility to hide the quantity for stock lines in this screen:

As a result of the recounting job, the line on the process table will be overwritten with the ‘recounted’ quantity. Additionally previous recount quantities will be seen in a tooltip like this mock-up on the process table:

Additional notes:

• Only registration allowed for recounting
• By default any adjustment made on the stock will set the affected Stock as the "Quality Status Cycle Counting”

The only exception will be the case when reducing quantity, where we can keep the current Quality status of the existing stock if there is a setting enabled on the Cycle Count Controller

• If reservations on the recounted stock an error will be raised. User must sort the reservation first prior to recount the reserved stock
