Perfion Product Information Management (PIM) system gives you full control of your product data, freeing up your valuable time for core tasks instead of searching for information and managing various systems.

Product Direction

Through 2026 we focused on performance, a full UI overhaul, and security. From 2027, our direction turns firmly toward AI: making Perfion an intelligent, agentic PIM that helps you work your product data, not just store it.

Future development will focus on:

• Building the AI foundation: flexible choice of AI model, a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, and an open API for reading features and configuration.
• Adding agentic capabilities on top: an in-app assistant that configures Perfion through conversation, product data extraction from documents and images, agentic data validation, and natural language access to your catalog.
• Enhancing and expanding the web client as the primary way to work in Perfion.
• Improving the design and experience of using, configuring, and administering Perfion.
• Refining the architecture and infrastructure of our cloud services.
